Now that the first phase of We are Camden is live, I’m starting to work with colleagues on how we now recruit and inspire people to take part in both the formal and informal consultations. How can we get to the point where we are all truely collaborating and co-creating?

We’re still working on the answer to that, of course. Meanwhile, I came across this lively RSA Animate, adapted from Dan Pink’s talk at the RSA, which (literally) illustrates the hidden truths behind what really motivates us at home and in the workplace. Interesting stuff (and a great animation to boot).
